Know God?
Jesus Loves You – The Good News!
Jesus, the one and only Son of God, came to earth and lived a perfect sinless life. He was crucified and died for our sins even though He was completely innocent. He paid the ransom to set us free from sin and He received the punishment that we deserved. He was the perfect sacrifice; He died on a cross in our place, to reconcile us to God by removing the sin that separates us from Him and from eternal life.
John 3:16-17 - For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.
Jesus was buried, but He did not remain dead. After three days God raised Him from the grave. And after Jesus instructed His disciples for 40 days, He ascended into Heaven where He sits at the right hand of God as our Mediator and High Priest, who is always making intersessions for those who call upon His Name as Lord. And one day He’ll return for all those who trust in Him, as He has gone to prepare a place for them in Heaven. (John 14:2-3)
